While stopped at a red light, our client was struck from behind by a truck driven at high speeds when our client was violently thrown forward and backward, afterwards feeling disoriented, in shock, and experiencing an abnormal sensation throughout his cervical spine and lower back. After treatment, it was revealed that our client had suffered disc herniations that required spinal surgery.
